    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, sift together 300g of all-purpose flour, 0.5 tsp of salt, and 66g of confectioner's sugar.

    In a stand mixer, combine the dry ingredients and add 170g of melted unsalted butter. Mix until crumbly.
