Combine all dough ingredients except butter in a mixer and mix for 10-15 minutes.

Add softened butter and knead for an additional 2 minutes.

Allow dough to rise for 1 hour in a greased bowl, covered.

Make cinnamon paste by beating all ingredients except the egg for 5 minutes, then beat in the egg for an additional 3 minutes.

After rising, roll out dough to 30"x35" and spread the cinnamon paste evenly inside. Roll into a tight log.
