    Use the flat end of a knife to release the skin on the garlic cloves, then mince the garlic and set aside.

    Cut off each end of the onion, cut it in half, remove the skin, chop the onion, and transfer to a bowl.

    Add shredded cheddar cheese to a bowl.

    In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and reduced sugar ketchup until combined.

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add macadamia nut oil.
